The Morning Call reports that Bath has lost its legal attempt to oust Hanover from the Colonial Regional Police force (read the article here).
The parties have been fighting and spending public funds in the process for several years, the latest issue has been Hanover's purchase of a new police building and a plan to renovate and then rent to the force. Both Bath and Lower Nazareth did not agree with the plan at first, but Lower eventually did. When they balked, Hanover opted out of the agreement, but once Lower agreed they changed their mind. Bath claimed their out option had to be upheld.
Would have to believe this is not the end of the disputes.
