The Express-Times reports that a 42 year old manager, George Cordero, of Mivajo’s Pizza in Upper Nazareth Township was charged with fondling a 19 year old employee (read the article here).
According to the article, he “grabbed the employee's arms, held them behind her so she could not move, then touched her inappropriately, police said. The victim allegedly told him to stop, then kicked him until she broke free, police said.”
Cordero was arraigned and released on bail under the condition he not come in contact with the victim. Attempts by the Express-Times to contact the owners of the restaurant regarding his employment status were unsuccessful.
