The Express-Times reports (read it here) that three men were arrested for possession of 65 bags of heroin and 4 grams of cocaine in a vehicle on east Prospect Street. The vehicle they were driving had expired registration, and was registered to a company, not to any of the individuals. Police also found a handgun in the vehicle that was not registered to any of the men.
