Previously Steel Management Systems of Upper Nazareth Township was investigated for environmental issues and failing to keep up its workers compensation insurance, now the company is being charged with collecting federal payroll taxes from employees, but failing to turn that money over to the IRS according to an article in the Morning Call (read it here).
William Condosta was charged with failing to pay $231,887 from 2005-2007.
Condosta was previously sentenced to one month and forced to pay $117,969 in restitution for the workers comp issue.
The company was charged $58,297 for air quality and $12,883 for emissions violations.
