The Morning Call has a feature article on LNT based Selvaggio Enterprises (read it here). The article notes how the company, begun as heating and air conditioning, grew into a major residential and commercial developer and now faces millions in debt.
Some properties have been seized by creditors and income from properties is being garnished by others, while a few are considering a rarely utilized involuntary bankruptcy proceeding to try to get money from the company.
