WFMZ (read the post here) and the Express-Times (read it here) report that the NASD selected recently graduated 18 year old Jacob Allen to serve in the vacated seat created when John Marino resigned recently.
Allen recently lost in the primary election, but was the only applicant for the vacant seat.
