Noise Ordinance Being Heard

Thanks to a reader who submitted the link to the CentreDaily.com who ran a story from the AP on a Bethlehem noise ordinance (read the full story here)

I wrote previously about an article in the Morning Call on the same topic (read that post here).

While this may not be a problem throughout the borough, there do seem to be areas where the noise is consistent enough that the police ought to have a means to combat it.

What do you think? Is this type of ordinance needed in Nazareth? Or will it become another ordinance that isn't enforced?
