Nazareth Zoning Board Denies Car Lot in West End

In addition to the School Board and Nazareth Downtown Association meeting last night there was also a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board in Nazareth.

The Morning Call had a report on the meeting here.

According to the article James Mates' request to put a small used car lot in the West End where LaBarre Towing and prior to that a service station and repair shop existed was denied unanimously.

Property owner William Schultz in the article stated he couldn't understand what the problem was when the service station had as many cars on it as the proposed lot would.

Thanks to the Morning Call for having coverage of this meeting. If you regularly attend these meetings, please forward your notes from them to share with everyone else.
