Credit Union Coming to Town - Almost

Spent the morning cleaning up the inbox between moves of online chess (anyone play on red hot pawn, email me - editor@newsovercoffee.com - and we'll share usernames for a game) and found this article (Morning Call Business Section) from earlier in the month.

The article notes that People First Federal Credit Union is moving into Lower Nazareth in the Jandy Boulevard area. It goes on to say:
The Allentown credit union recently purchased one of several commercial parcels for sale at routes 191 and 248, according to Sperry Van Ness Imperial Realty.

No word yet on when People First plans to be there. The credit union has five branches.

As of last year, People First ranked as the Valley's third-largest credit union based on deposits, or ''shares'' as credit unions call them. It is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or goes to school in Lehigh or Northampton counties.
I also received a note from Scott Hartner who provided the link to Sperry Van Ness' web site which has several lots from the Jandy tract identified (view it here).

This is where a local development effort would be helpful. I'd personally like to see business office space that would attract professional workers and help support the local restaurants and shops.

What would you like to see in this area?
