While many of us simply enjoy watching the wacky racers launch barrels, shopping carts, and all other manner of gravity driven vehicle down Prospect Street each year during the Nazareth Adult Soap Box Racing Association’s annual Derby, the funds raised at the event each year benefit local charity.
This year the Association presented a check for $600 to the Nazareth Area Food Bank.
Many thanks to everyone who organizes, participates, and watches for providing Nazareth with yet another unique community event.
